Non-Property Owner Programs

Individual - $2600 + tax
Couple - $3100 + tax
Family - $3100 + tax + $250 per child under age 17 added up to $500

• 20% discount on soft goods merchandise in Golf Shop and 10% discount on hard goods.
• Handicap Service valued at $30.
• Guest Fees: $33 Mon-Thu and $43 Fri-Sun.
• 21 day booking window.

The Creek Card $995 + tax
• Golf only – unrestricted Monday thru Thursday.
• Range only on Monday thru Thursday with golf.
• Cart Fee not included: $20 cart fee if riding.
• 10% discount on merchandise in Golf Shop.
• Handicap Service valued at $30.
• 14 day booking window.
• Can Play Friday – Sunday for $40 fee

Range Pass $465 + tax / year
• Unlimited Range Access for the year.

Corporate $2,500 Bank for 3 designated signees
• $500 for each additional signee up to 3 additional signees
• Each signer can bring up to 3 guests each
• $33 Mon-Thu and $43 Fri-Sun will be charged for each person against your bank
• $28 Mon-Thu and $38 Fri-Sun twilight rates will be charged
• Rates include golf, cart and range balls
• 2 Bottles of water will be in each cart prior to arrival
• 10% discount on merchandise and F&B to be charged against your bank
• When you reach a $500 balance, you will be required to fund your bank back to the $2,500 		Property Owner Programs
